Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based in Units 19 & 20, Northland Road Industrial Estate, Derry
BT49 0LD
 
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have limited parking on-site. 
Q: When are the sessions? 
Weekdays 6am-11.30am and 4:15pm-8:00pm. Saturdays 6.45am–11.15am. 
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long and every HIIT session is 30 min long
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you can book an intro session and get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Saturday morning. 
Q: What's included? 
You get group PT, HIIT sessions, nutrition support, personal coaching, and body scans. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £219. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level. 
Q: What if it doesn't work for me? 
If you stick to it and don't love it, we'll give you your money back.
